When you call to reserve an appointment, we will ask you specific questions about the type(s) of service(s) you will be having and when it is most convenient for you to visit. Our ultimate goal in doing this is so that we book the proper amount of time for your appointment(s) ensuring that you are serviced on time. Also, we strongly recommend re-booking your next appointment before you leave to assure you get your preferred date/time at your next visit. We make every effort to provide a courtesy reminder call the day before each scheduled appointment.
New clients, please arrive 15 minutest prior to your service.
Returning clients may arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your service.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Calling ahead provides us the best opportunity to assess the situation. However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that we will be able to provide the service, especially if your arrival is later than anticipated.
A credit card may be required when booking any appointment. Please note we require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Any cancellation with less than a 24-hour notice or no show appointments are subject to a service fee of 50% of all services booked for that day. The fee will be charged to your card on file. We make every effort to fill available appointments. If we are able to fill your vacated spot, we will not charge your card.
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you decide that is not the right product for you, we will happily exchange it or issue a merchandise credit within 14-days of the original purchase. No cash or credit cards refunds will be issued. Exchange only.
We accept cash, in-state checks, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. Leaving a gratuity is always at the discretion of our client and is always welcomed and appreciated by our team. Gratuities may be given to stylists, assistants, estheticians and massage therapists via cash or personal check made out directly to your service provider. We do not process gratuities via credit card payments.
We gladly accommodate children. However, all children under the age of ten should be fully supervised by an adult at all times and may not be left unattended in the waiting area.
All gift cards are final sales. We do not accept returns on gift cards and gift cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuity. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and they can not be replaced if lost or stolen. Please store your gift card in a safe place.
